Welcome to Doree.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doree, a wedding planning and operations platform operated by Sukh Labs Private Limited (“Doree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Doree, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Doree.
Doree provides tools designed to help individuals, families, wedding planners, and other authorised wedding organisers manage wedding-related information and operations, including guest-list management, RSVP management, wedding-event planning, guest communication, accommodation management, travel and transportation coordination, AI-assisted organisation and information processing, and other wedding planning and operations functionality, depending on the features available to you.
Doree is a technology platform. It does not replace the judgement or responsibilities of the person organising the wedding.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Doree. If you use Doree on behalf of a company, wedding-planning business, family, couple, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You may be required to provide accurate information when creating an account or using certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity occurring through your account, and ensuring that people accessing your wedding workspace are authorised to do so.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Doree allows users to store and manage information relating to weddings and guests. You are responsible for ensuring that information you add to Doree is accurate and that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide and use personal information relating to other individuals.
You must not use Doree to collect, store, or process personal information unlawfully.
Where WhatsApp or another communication feature is available, you are responsible for using the feature appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of the relevant communication platform.
You must not use Doree to: send unsolicited or unlawful communications; misrepresent the identity of the sender; send fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive messages; circumvent communication-platform restrictions; or upload or use contact information without appropriate authority.
Doree may suspend communication functionality where we reasonably believe it is being misused or violates applicable platform policies.
Doree may provide AI-assisted features that generate suggestions, classifications, summaries, extracted information, or drafted communications. AI outputs are provided as assistance and may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before sending a communication, updating important guest information, making accommodation or travel decisions, or taking other consequential actions.
Doree does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to Doree, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
You grant Doree a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services you have requested, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide content that you upload or submit to Doree.
Doree, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Sukh Labs Private Limited.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy or reproduce Doree, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, modify or create derivative works of the service, use Doree's branding without permission, or resell or commercially exploit Doree outside the permitted use of the service.
Doree may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, SMS providers, email providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI providers, payment providers, or other external services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Doree is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.
You may not use Doree to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe another person's rights; commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity; distribute malware or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to Doree or another user's account; interfere with the operation or security of Doree; abuse communication functionality; upload information you are not authorised to use; or harass, threaten, or harm another person.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Doree will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, add, or remove features from Doree over time, and may discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects your use of the service, we may provide appropriate notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to Doree if you materially breach these Terms, use Doree unlawfully, your use creates a security or operational risk, you misuse communication functionality, we are required to do so by law or a third-party platform, or we discontinue the relevant service.
You may stop using Doree at any time.
Doree is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every particular requirement, that information will always be accurate or complete, that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, that third-party integrations will always remain available, or that the service will operate without interruption.
Doree is a planning and operations tool and does not guarantee any particular wedding outcome, guest response, attendance, travel arrangement, accommodation arrangement, or communication result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sukh Labs Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Doree.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sukh Labs Private Limited from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of Doree, your breach of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or information or content you provide without the necessary rights or permissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Doree will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Sukh Labs Private Limited's registered office.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through Doree or another appropriate method. Your continued use of Doree after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
